Everything you need to know.

Yes, completely and with no time limit. No credit card is needed to create your account. You manage customers, sites, scheduling and invoices for free, and you move to Pro (€29/month excl. VAT) when you need banking, automations or AI — and to Team when the team grows. When you sign up, you also get a 14-day Pro trial.
Nothing is lost. During the 14-day trial you use Pro for free, with no credit card. If you don't subscribe afterwards, your account moves to Discovery: your customers, your invoices and your whole history stay put, the Pro features and web access are paused; Hoteo stays available in the mobile app. Pick up again whenever you like — pay yearly and two months are free.
For as long as the launch lasts, you pay the launch price: €29 a month instead of €59 for Pro, €99 instead of €199 for Team (prices excl. VAT). After that, prices move to the regular rate, including for existing subscribers: you will be told by e-mail at least one month before your next renewal, and you can stop at no cost.
On the phone, at the customer's: you photograph your analyser's printout (Testo, Wöhler, Seitron, Sauermann…), Hoteo AI reads the values, you check them, then you and the customer sign on the screen. The certificate is emailed to the customer and filed on the boiler record. Available in Wallonia; Flanders and Brussels are coming very soon. With a Testo Pro+ subscription, certificates made on the analyser also arrive in Hoteo on their own.
The AI assistant understands your requests in natural language: schedule a job, find a customer or a boiler, draft a payment reminder, prepare an invoice. AI is included in every plan: 30 requests per month on Discovery to try it out, 300 per month on Pro, and 1,500 per month on Team for heavy use — with packs of 100 requests if needed.
Yes. From the mobile app or a recent browser, you dictate the invoice or the quote to Hoteo AI: the customer, the work done, the amounts. It prepares the document, shows you what it understood, and only issues or sends it after your approval.
It's one of our specialities. Hoteo knows the Belgian schemes — 6% renovation, demolition and reconstruction, social housing, co-contractor, intra-Community — and automatically inserts the exact legal mention, in its up-to-date regulatory wording from the FPS Finance.
Yes. From the moment your account is open, your invoices go out through Hoteo over the Peppol network. For receiving, a company can only have one registered access point: it moves to Hoteo as soon as your previous provider deregisters you. We show you exactly which steps to take and check the switch with you.
Yes, with our support. You send us the export from your current tool and our team loads your customers, their sites, the boilers, the service history and this year's invoices into your account. Your numbering carries on where you left it. Exactly what comes across depends on the format of your export: we confirm it before we start.
Once your account is open, setting up takes a few minutes and you invoice from day one. Taking over your data and switching Peppol reception follow on afterwards, without interrupting your work; we confirm the exact timing when we take it on.
Your data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit (TLS), and Hoteo is GDPR compliant. Bank connections are read-only, through licensed providers (Ponto). You remain the owner of your data and can export it at any time.
